This study investigated the Influence of School-Community Relationship on the Management of Secondary Schools in North-West Zone, Nigeria. The study raised eight (8) objectives, among which are to find out the influence of School-Community Relationship on Provision of Instructional Materials in Secondary Schools, assess the influence of School-Community Relationship on Provision of Infrastructural Facilities in Secondary School, examine the influence of School-Community Relationship on Planning of Activities in Secondary Schools in North-West Zone, Nigeria. Eight research questions and eight hypotheses were formulated and tested, respectively in line with objectives of the study. The study adopted descriptive survey design. A total of 161,944 population comprising 3754 principals, 55570 teachers, 45048 PTA officials and 638108 SBMC members were used. The 1288 respondents were purposively selected from sampled schools. The instrument used for data collection was researcher-developed questionnaire using likert scale of 5 point measurement. The instrument was validated by researcher’s supervisors and other experts in the department. The reliability of the instrument was achieved by subjecting the result of the pilot test to analysis using Cronbach’s Alpha Method the result obtained was 0.86 reliability coefficient. All the eight hypotheses formulated were tested using One Way Analysis of Variance (ANOVA).All eight hypotheses were retained as, no significant differences were established from the opinion of stakeholders. The findings from the study revealed that; SchoolCommunity relationship influenced the provision of instructional materials such as text books, mathematical set, chalk, exercise books, writing materials and sport facilities in most secondary schools in North-west Zone, Nigeria and the influence is not significant since Pvalue .575 is higher than 0.05 level. School-Community Relationship influenced the provision of infrastructural facilities such as classrooms, laboratories, toilet facilities, offices, security fence, and students’ furniture in most secondary schools in North-west Zone, Nigeria and the influence is not significant since P-value .213 is higher than 0.05 level. All the hypotheses were tested at 0.05 level of significance. Recommendations were offered which include: Principals should maintain good working relationship with the teachers, Parent Teachers Association (PTA) members, School-Based Management Committee (SBMC) officials and other stakeholders to compliment the government’s efforts in provision of instructional materials needed in schools,; Principals should maintain good working relationship with the teachers, Parent-Teachers Association (PTA) members, School Based Management Committee (SBMC) officials and other stakeholders to compliment government’s efforts in provision of infrastructural facilities needed in schools
