Abstract
The major purpose of this is to determine the entrepreneurship development and employment in Nigeria particularly in Anambra state. The population of the study consisted of four million (4, 000000). The sample size for the study was 3,910 (three thousand nine hundred and ten which was drawn using Yaro-yameni technique. Three research question were formulated, which the study, a well structures questionnaire was developed, validated and tested for reliability. The major findings in the research effectiveness in the management of entrepreneurship will provides skill, acquisition, stimulation of temps for economic activities transformation of indigenous technology, finally the research found out that, the major ways entrepreneurs normally achieve this indispensable business objective is by having an excellent human relation skill by learning how to take risk base on the finding and conclusion, the researcher recommended that "Nigeria" as a result of government at all level should create an enabling environment for the management of entrepreneurial activities in Anambra state and Nigeria in diaspart, also efficient and effective means of transportation, communication and regular power supply should be improved to ensure proper emergency of self relevant entrepreneurship in Nigeria. Finally the masses should equally be made to barn to tie risk, haven excellent human relation skill, be innovative alert and visionary and adapt to charging circumstances.
