This study examines the impact of technology on HR functions, focusing on areas such as recruitment, training and development, and performance management. The research highlights how automation, artificial intelligence (AI), and digital platforms enhance efficiency, streamline processes, and improve decision-making. However, these benefits are accompanied by challenges, including data privacy concerns, job displacement due to automation, and ethical issues related to AI-driven decisions. Data for the study were collected through structured questionnaires distributed to HR professionals across various industries. Statistical tools were used to analyze the data, presenting the findings through tables and graphical visualizations.
