ABSTRACT
The gum release of human energy is the central purpose and functional of the manager at all level in private as well as government parastatals. The degree to which management succeeds in eliciting towards the achievement of the organizational objectives is known as staff motivation. The effect of staff or workers motivation towards work performance happens to be the backbone of this research work. This project that is composed of three chapters is an ardions attempting the role of the effect of motivation on workers performance in Nike Lake Resort (Poten Hotel) Enugu. No business organization an achieve it’s set objective in terms of profit survival or continuity and to compete favourable with other organization when its worker are not performing as expected studies have shown that motivation poses a major problem towards this low productivity. This research work is carried out in order to find out some of the problems associated with lack of motivation and the effect it creates on workers performance, while the purpose of this study is to identify various means workers can be motivated towards performing well. In order to carry out this study both primary and secondary data were extensively made use of. Also, oral interviews was conducted with some of the workers of the organization. Tables, sample percentages and absolute numbers were used to analyses the data for study. The data were analyzed as it was received and the findings from the analyzed data reveals among other things that the management of the business organization under study to do their best in motivation their works.
ORGANIZATION OF WORK
This project work is primarily designed to give an insight to computer based continuous assessment system.
Chapter one talks about introduction to computer based continuous assessment system, study of problem and objectives as well as definition of the scope.
Chapter two comprises the literature review. Chapter three gives the detailed information about the existing (old) system, while chapter four and five deals with the design and implantation of new system.
Chapter six documents the project work, while chapter seven summaries, conclusion and suggestions were made.
