Abstract
This study was made possible through the cooperation of many librarians. I would especially like to thank Miss Katherine Prescott and her staff at the Carnegie West Branch Library, Tree Public Library, Cleveland, Chio and Hiss Janet Stevena and her staff at the Pennsylvania Aveue Branch Library, Enoch Pratt Free Library, Baltiaore, Maryland.
