ABSTRACT
Banking in Nigeria has developed so rapidly in the recent years that is has attracted attention both within and outside the country it’s role in socio-economic development of the country be over emphasized.
The researcher has taken keen interest to presented and analyzed vital banking issues adopted by the banking system in the local government area in marketing of it’s services. Some reasonable recommendations have also been made. This will enable bank managements formulate remarkable policies and make adjustments, while attracting, serving and retaining customers.
Obviously, the center piece of this study effectiveness of product management in banking services through media advertisement and marketing of bank services demand the marketing concept ideology which reign supreme in modern business today. There has been increased aggressive completion among commercial banks in Nigeria.
That the word dynamism should be the watch word of any bank that want to survive.
