ABSTRACT
This machine is constructed as a pre-requisite for the national Diploma (ND). We sketch deferent designs which after consideration of many factors, like the machine efficiency, cost of materials etc before we finally embark on this machine. The machine major components are the shaft, inner barrel, out barrel, the conveyor, the hoper, the electric motor and the metal tray etc. the machine is build with a very strong and well selected materials which enhances the performance of the machine. The machine efficiency is above 70% but less than 100%. The output of the machine is above average so it satisfied the purpose of which it is constructed.
