ABSTRACT
The work presents a design of a computerized ledger acounting system. A Computerized ledger acounting system is concerned with the computerization of environmental records appraisal IMT General ledger in order to achieve the aims and objectives of the organization. The entrance of computer into the computerized ledger acounting system will help create and maintain efficient records. The design was implemented to facilitate the computerized ledger acounting system for administration. It will be less time wasting and cheap to run.

It is expected that if full consent is given to this, it will enhance the Information of General ledger management record of the administration.

This project work is implemented with the use of visual basic programming language and Microsoft Access.
