This study Investigated "POSITION OF ISLAM ON FINANCIAL CORRUPTION WITHIN THE STAFF OF MINISTRY OF EDUCATION AND ITS EFFECT ON TEACHING AND LEARNING PROCESS IN SENIOR SECONDRY SCHOOLS KADUNA STATE" the research has explained five chapters, chapter one deals with introduction, statement of the problem, significant of the study, research question, objectives, and the limitation of the study. Chapter two literiture review, chapter three, methodology, chapter four Data analysis ,chapter five, summary and conclusion. Five Reseach Questions Were Formulated, The Researcher use Descriptive survey types of research and Stratified random Sampling technique. The Population of The Study, are Teachers,With the total Number of 2,414, Student, With the total Number of 10,9385, Ministry Officials With the total Number of 1712, The Sample Size was 250,.Analisis of Data Was Subjected to Frequency and Percentage, and Thus explained In descriptive Form. The Findings revealed That, 1-There is the Courses of administrative and financial corruption among the staff of ministry of education in senior secondary school Kaduna state. 2- There is linkage between community with teaching and learning process to the spreading of corruption among the staff of ministry of education in senior secondary school Kaduna state. 3- There are measures for tackling administrative corruption among the staff of ministry of education in senior secondary school Kaduna state. Based on the findings from this study the following recommendation are hereby 1- the ministry of education n should continuous putting effort on education in senior secondary school Kaduna state. 2- Community should join hand with the teachers in order to improved Teaching and learning process in senior secondary schools Kaduna state..Finally the research recommended some Measures for tackling administrative corruption among the staff of ministry of education in senior secondary school Kaduna state.
