In order to analyze the data, the Kruskal-Wallis's Non parametric statistics method was used as it compared the mean achievement of the subject/subject groups in the schools and various years. Relevant literatures were reviewed using theory of performance as theoretical framework. Six hypotheses were tested using t-test statistical analysis at 0.05 level of significance. Also, the study was designed along the line of an ex-post factor and descriptive survey. Data analysis and presentation was done using descriptive statistics with tables. In respect to the performance of students within the period of the study presented in table 3, which shows the performance level of students in the five years under study, their mean performance ranking were 194.2, 165.6, 151.5, 159.17 and 195.3 for year 2010, 2011, 2012, 2013 and 2014 respectively.
