PREFACE
This study was done to determine the roles of commercial banks Agricultural financing.
The objectives were specifically to determine the volume of loan advanced by the banks and discuss the impact of this advances on Agricultural production in the state. Also considered in this study were the problem faced by the scheme in delivery of credit of the farmers.
The required information for the realization of these objectives were gathered by the personal interviews and more Journals and publications.
Some analysis shows that the loan advanced to farmers by the scheme to the made limited impact on Agricultural development as the net additions to the supply or Agricultural commodities minimal.
The study also indicate storage of working personnel and low loan repayment rates is the major lack or vitiating and reducing the performance of the scheme.
Several measure were perceived as capable of solving the problems indicated. It was suggested that the scheme increases the amount of loan as well as its complementary review to the beneficiaries. It was also suggested that the bank is so employ ore personnel to help in carrying out job.
