ABSTRACT
As the number of documents in Computerized library circulatory grows, it becomes increasingly difficult to store, manage the large amount of documents and finding requested relevant documents by users. Computerized library circulatory management System (CLCS) is used for this purpose. CLCS is a general tool for building and managing ONLINE libraries of all kinds of documents to meet user needs. It implements system management and query processing in parallel. The functions of CLCS include data collection, format standardization, information extraction, automatic classification, data loading, data maintenance, query processing, external data entering, personalized recommendation etc. This study introduces the design and implementation of CLCS.
