Abstract
Any organizational set up aims at maximization of profit from its investment from minimum cost of objective function.
This research work applies the concept of revised simplex method an aspect of linear programming in solving industrial problems with the aim of maximizing profit. The industry Innoson Nigeria company specialist in production of plastic rubbers of various types, such like rubber drum, rubber tank, plastic spool, PVC rubber pipe, plastic chair etc.
The population used for this study is 80, also out of this 80, 40 were used for sample. Three research question and three hypotheses were formulated to quid the study. The study adopted the survey research design. Oral interview and questionnaire was used to collect data from the respondents, based on the analysis of data collected it was observed that, profit can be maximize using revised simplex method of linear programming and also, that linear programming helps Innoson and other organization to take a valid decision.
